We are looking for a reliable individual to provide the highest level of service to our customers while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner Be the first point of contact for guests and answer any questions or require them to call or email you Take orders and prepare orders for customers Resolve customer complaints Answer questions about our food, menu, and specials Relay messages between servers and other staff when necessary Greeting guests upon their arrival Help other staff wherever needed Maintain a clean workstation and work area Work as a team with other staff members to provide high-quality customer service Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail Qualifications Previous experience in food service or other related fields is preferred, but not required.
Bartender/Barback requirements Must be 18 Or older! Have taken responsible vender test and passed (Alcohol Test) Must have a responsible vendor card ID (Alcohol license) Once Hired will be asked to take a food-handler/ alcohol test and pass Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and other staff.
Communication skills are essential.
Must be able to stand during entire shift (8 hours, including weekends).
This includes lifting boxes up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to carry or carry equipment if necessary.
