We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers.
As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia, or autism in their homes or residential facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and record vital signs of individuals - Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding - Help individuals with mobility and transfers - Implement care plans and follow specific instructions for each individual - Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals - Document observations and report any changes in condition to supervisors Requirements:
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain certification - Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and respect - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals and their families - Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and understanding - Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays Note:
All positions must be paid including internship positions.
