Legal Secretary/Paralegal

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to partner - Proofread and edit legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents and files - Transcribe dictation and draft/prepare routine correspondence and pleadings - Maintain and update document management systems - Schedule appointments, depositions, meetings, and court hearings - Answer phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and phone etiquette - Input timesheets on a daily basis Requirements:
- Proven experience as a legal assistant or similar role - Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in maintaining a calendar and PC Law for billing - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar role.
